March 9 to 24, 2024, “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya” and “Lucky Star” will hold a joint event “SOS☆Thanksgiving Festival” at Tokorozawa Sakura Town in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the original works. Various events and plans are planned, including stage events, screenings, sales of new products, collaborative food and drinks, stamp rally, and more.

The premium stage event will feature Aya Hirano playing Haruhi Suzumiya, Emiri Kato playing Lucky Star, Kaori Fukuhara, Yukari Tamura, Minori Chihara, Yui Horie, Mai Nakahara, Hiroshi Kamiya, Jun Fukuyama, and Ryoko Shiraishi.
At the screening and talk event, anime works from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Ki☆Suta will be screened and talk shows by cast and staff will be held. Please take this opportunity to celebrate the 20th anniversary of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Lucky Star.
